Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - Shop 20 Kamogelo Centre, Hoedspruit, Limpopo 1380.

Orders can be picked up on weekdays, between 9:00am and 4:00pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup with further collection details.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days for delivery between 3 and 5 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of ZAR 120.00 applies to orders shipping nationally. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Please note that for international orders, shipping costs cover the transportation of your package, but do not include local import duties or taxes.

Because we ship DAP (Delivered at Place), these extra fees are determined by your local customs office and will be billed to you by the courier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs website if you’d like an estimate of these costs before ordering.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@bhs-safari.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
